The initial consultation is obligation free and carries no cost. If you wish to utilise our services, a non- refundable retainer is required to the amount of $1100. This will allow Buy Brisbane up to 120 days to find a suitable property for you. When the purchase has been completed, you will be charged a total of 2.2% of the purchase price of the property. Fees for premium priced properties will be negotiated. The retainer will be deducted from this amount, and the balance is payable when the contract becomes unconditional. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. All fees are calculated in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. Invoices to be paid by method of electronic funds transfer to nominated account or via bank cheque.
